Quinsigamond State Park consists of two sites
located on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester: Regatta Point and Lake
Park. The 25 acre Regatta Point area offers facilities for swimming,
sailing, picnicking and fishing. The area is used extensively for
sailing and rowing crew regattas.
The 2,000 meter rowing course established on Lake
Quinsigamond is internationally recognized as one of the best courses
in the world. The Lake Park area provides a number of recreational
opportunities including a picnic area, swimming beach and tennis
courts.

Quinsigamond State Park is located near Worcester in central Massachusetts.
From east or west: take Mass Pike (I-90) to Millbury exit. Go left onto Route 122 north to Route 20 east Follow Route 20 east to Sunderland Road. Take second right onto Lake Avenue. Follow road north about 1.35 miles to Lake Park entrance on the right. Regatta Point is 1.3 miles further north on Lake Avenue, through the Route 9 lights. The Regatta Point entrance is on your right.
From Rt 290 East: Traveling east on 290 take Plantation Street exit, turn right on Plantation Street to Lake Avenue. (second left), south on Lake Ave. to Regatta Point entrance is on left hand side of road, to get to Lake Park cross Rt 9 and proceed 1.1 miles to Lake Park entrance. The entrance is on the left side of street (first left in divided road after Worcester Rink).
From Rt 290 West: Traveling west on 290 get off at the Main St. Worcester/Shrewbury exit take a right at the bottom of the ramp. Proceed through the light then take the 4th left onto North Lake Ave, proceed south on North Lake Ave about 1.5miles the Park entrance is on the left(UMASS/MEMORIAL HOSPITAL is on right). |
