Overview

My wife and I started MassOnline, Inc. almost 5 years ago and have been running it as a side business ever since.  We've recently been blessed with a new addition in our family and are finding that we just don't have the time to dedicate towards growing it to its potential.  So, we have decided to seek out any corporation or individual that would like to purchase it, and put it to better use. 


About the Website

The MassOnline website is an object oriented, data driven application that runs on the .NET Platform.  It uses IIS and ASP.Net for the web server and SQL Server for data storage.  All code is written in C#.  It has been carefully crafted to scale to massive amounts of traffic.

The site contains approximately 29,000 pages of content.  It currently receives roughly 10,000 page views from 3,000 unique visits per day.

With very little effort, this site can gross $50,000 per year.  With some elbow grease and ingenuity, there is potential for much more.


Asking Price

We are asking for $850,000.  This includes the corporate identity and logo, claim to any service marks and trademarks, the website applications and intellectual property, and each of the Massachusetts-related domain names, as listed below.

There are a few items which we will not include in the deal including personal computers and a handful of client websites that we have written and maintain.
