Crystal clear mountain streams surrounded by wild blueberies, fresh, tart, crisp Macintosh apples and Granville cheese are the things that make Granville famous. Granville has the brilliance of the apple blossoms in May, the fall's canopy of oranges and reds from the maple trees that line its roads, the blinding white of its pristine snow slopes. Southwestern Massachusetts, bordered by Blandford on the north; Russell and Westfield on the northeast; Southwick on the east; Granby and Hartland, Connecticut, on the south; and Tolland on the west. Granville is 18 miles west of Springfield and 107 miles southwest of Boston.
